SingerforLife WTF: Hall & Carpenter Divorcing??? 9 Jan 11 2011, 8:44 AM EST by SingerforLife
Thread started: Dec 14 2010, 5:48 PM EST  Watch
Unless I am a BIG FAN of a Performer's work, I rarely get caught up in the affairs of their personal lives. However, this divorce is a little disappointing. What's wrong with people in Hollywood? Two years of marriage, and you can't make it work? Why bother getting married to begin with? It seemed a little "odd" that Hall would marry his "nearly ten-years-younger" co-star, in the first place. But, then I believe one should "live & let live." The same, of course, also applies to their divorce... but still, it's disappointing. Hall is a brilliant talent. His fans just hope his success is not, in any way, skewing his perceptions and judgements as it relates to his personal life. Of course, it's their lives, but one can only hope that marriages made in Hollywood ARE NOT as superficial as they appear to be... at least Hall's & Carpenter's APPEARED TO BE somewhat more REAL in nature. Ce La Vie! Live & Let Live! It will be interesting to see if "Deb Morgan" SURVIVES Season 6. I doubt that she'll end up on Dexter's "table" (for shame), but she could very well CONVENIENTLY meet her demise in another unfashionable way... similar to that of Season 1 & 2 fan-favorite "Sgt. James Doukes."
